Silver Star is a family owned independent shop serving the Annapolis area since 1987. Founded, owned, and operated by Joe Hall, a Mercedes-Benz Master Technician, our emphasis is on customer service and fixing your Jaguar right the first time.

We service and repair the latest model Jaguars as well as the classics.

We will advise you on the proper maintenance and repair of your Jaguar with the level of integrity you expect and will appreciate.

    Silver Star Service Center has been family owned and operated since 1987. In 2012 we moved from Annapolis, MD to Old South River Road in Edgewater, MD.

    Owner Joe Hall runs Silver Star Service Center with his son Joseph Hall, who is also the service manager.

    Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. From the moment you schedule your appointment to the time you pick up your vehicle, our goal is to ensure you feel confident and informed about the service you receive. Our team is always available to answer your questions and will keep you updated throughout the entire process. For your convenience, we offer secure after-hours drop-off and pick-up options, along with a local courtesy shuttle to accommodate your schedule.

    Ray & Joseph were very kind, helpful, and knowledgable about cars, both gas and electric.     What incredible service! We got caught with the first snow of the season. Neither one of our cars had snow tires. They not only got us in the next day, they came and picked the cars up and delivered them back to us. I appreciated the service and accommodating us!

    My 1978 XJ6L has been part of our family since it was new. Having a mechanic I trust is very important to me.

    Silver Star Service Center recently solved a stalling issue that no one else could figure out. While they had the car I also had them take care of some badly needed suspension and transmission maintenance.

    I trust Silver Star and would recommend them.

    Joseph and Jeff were great. Repairs exceeded my expectations, and they took the time to review the upgrades and reepairs I want to make, and aided in determining a timetable for getting them done. I couldn't be happier with their service.

    Joseph Hall's team offers outstanding customer service- and their work is top notch and Honest.

    I just brought in a 2005 Jaguar XKR with a vibration issue - I thought it might need an alignment as well as balancing , plus the brakes needed checking .

    I dropped the Car off and the shop gave me a ride home, then called and came pick me up when done with the work.

    Joseph realized the alignment was unnecessary and did not perform it after the balancing solved the problem. Thus they saved me from an unnecessary expense and did not waste my time ( which is even more expensive) .

    This kind of excellent timely and ethical service is hard to find. I have dealt with various jag dealers in my time and only one was as good as these guys, but they are in a different city and cost twice as much

    So in my experience SilverStar offers you VALUE, GREAT SERVICE, but most importantly UNCOMPROMISING HONESTY.

    They want their customers for Life .

    They juts got one.

    I bought a 1995 Jaguar XJS from silverstar on april 26, 2006. I had been looking around for 2 years for this exact color-champagne exterior and oatmeal interior with low miles-73k at the time. My saleperson Bob Prince

    was knowledgable and friendly-He is also a car collector as well-porshe, mercedes, etc.Everyone was very attentive and sincerely wanted you to be satisfied with your purchase. I am currently in the market for another car-maybe a Jaguar sedan or another XJS Coupe to match my convertible. I sure will talk to them first before making a purchase!!
