    It’s always so hard to find a mechanic you can trust but here they will take good care of you. They are very knowledgeable and servicing is prompt. Actually I wish they would take a little longer next time so I can stay and enjoy all the complimentary snacks and drinks they have available in the waiting area. If you have kids, no problem! There a cute separated waiting area for the little ones too. Will definitely be back!

    I had a bad experience at a local chain mechanic. I brought my car here and had an awesome experience. Honest people doing good work for fair prices. That may sound like an advertisement or paid promotion, but it's not. I try hard to drive business to the businesses I believe in and the ones that deserve it. After my first visit here, I believe in this business. I will be returning for future work and I suggest that you do as well. Thanks to your team for your work!

    I honestly can't say enough good things about Arrowhead Imports. I've now taken both cars there for a range of services. The prices are great, service is better, and they provide full transparency through the whole process. Consider me a life long customer.

    Arrowhead Imports is best mechanic option I've found locally for work on my BMW. They performed a coolant system upgrade & water pump replacement as well as a full maintenance inspection, and AZ DMV Vehicle for a very reasonable price. Friendly, professional staff who did not push me to purchase unnecessary parts or service. I keep recommending them to friends, and will continue to use their services in the foreseable future.

    Have my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan delivered here for carbon cleaning, the staff was very friendly and patient answering all my questions. My car was drove more smoothly after the repair work, hope it can last a longer time. Better repair warrantee here than dealership.

    1) Service of Mercedes E250 on 1/20/22: Great job. Handled routine service on our MB E250, and discovered a few items needing attention that we addressed. Reasonable pricing. Friendly. Easy to make an appointment. They use a pretty cool web based system that shows the point by point items reviewed on your car, with pictures. Thank you. 2) Service of Porsche 911 Turbo S on 2/3/22: Another great job. Installed new/upgraded exhaust, and routine oil change. Discovered that we are due to change engine mounts, and lucky me the parts from Porsche are ungodly expensive. Tommy spent time assisting me with the recommendations and scope of the project. We have some follow up work to do, but figured we are at 5 stars so far, and it was worthy to post a Google Review to let others know.

    I recently bought a super-clean 2013 Jaguar XF from an East-Valley boutique dealer. I live in the West Valley so I knew I would eventually need a more local service provider. I didn't think I'd need one so quickly. As it happened, after a couple of weeks I noticed a disturbing sound from the suspension system. After reaching out to a couple of relatively local repair shops that purported to service Jags I found Arrowhead Imports in Peoria where I took the car for an inspection. The folks there performed a comprehensive examination of both the front and rear suspension components. I'm sure it took an hour or two but the inspection was free. My concern proved to be real; it was a worn-out strut mount on the left front of the car. It made sense to replace both the left and right front mounts at the same time. I received a written repair estimate reflecting both parts and labor along with a commitment to hold the price if I wanted to price the work elsewhere. After a couple of days I gave Arrowhead Imports the green light to make the repairs which were completed in one day. When I returned to pick up the car I was delighted to learn that the actual cost was almost 10% less than the original quote which I had thought was very good to begin with. More importantly, the Jag rides great, the steering is tight, no vibrations whatsoever. I'm definitely going to return for all routine service requirements as well as any other maintenance needs for both the Jaguar and my wife's Lexus. Thanks Tommy, you guys are the best!
