I arranged to bring my 6 year old Jaguar F-Pace in to see if they could repair or replace an underbody piece that had pulled loose from my front bumper. The owner chatted me up while the mechanic put my car on the lift and took a look at it. They returned the car to me and told me they would call me in a couple of days with an estimate. I called in two days after not hearing from them, and they did not have one yet. I did not hear from them for a week, so I found another place to have my Jaguar repaired. I finally got a call from them after 3 weeks later, asking if I needed a reference and had a found someone to fix it. Wow! How disappointing! I expected professionalism and courtesy and they did not bother to call me for 3 weeks, much less explain why they never put an estimate together. Quite surprised as this is a place that restores older Jaguars, so why so they could not repair this car is puzzling. Their right if they didn't want to work on my car but at least have the professionalism to call and let me know that.

Joe was able to repair my jag convertible top issue after taking it to the official Jaguar dealership in Scottsdale. The dealer told me the cost would be $3k and i would need to wait for 3-4 weeks for the parts. I took it to Joe and was in and out in 1 day. He noticed the pump was leaking and just made a few corrections. I know service my XKR there too. happy customer
