    I have a 2003 Jaguar XJ8. It had an issue with power steering. As soon as I arrived Anthony stated it was the engine. After the shops tried to fix the issue for over a period of a month. Parts are hard to get for this 20 year old car. Davie Motorsport kept the car for three weeks, replacing parts. I picked up the car three times, steering wheel continued to go out. A $4000.00 non-repair. I called them many times for updates during this period, with the response "we are waiting for parts." Texted them as well. All correspondence is on file. I took the car to another mechanic that took care of the issue right away and explained, since the parts are difficult to find, there are other alternatives to repair. I reached out to Davie Motorsport for a fair resolution, to reimburse me ONLY $1400 for the mechanic's fee. No response. I believe that was a fair request.
