    ASG correctly identified a no-start issue on my Mazda after another shop tried 3 different fixes. They were also invaluable in their pre-purchase inspection, steering me away from a car that looked good on the outside but turned out to need to much work on the inside. Their pre-purchase inspection of a rather unlikely find found a diamond in the rough! Their thorough inspection gave me a clear idea of repairs needed over the next few years and I felt very confident in my purchase negotiations.

    They were to repair a leak with my A/C and after they said they completed the work there is now a hissing sound coming from the A/C and they don't know what it is. The technicians said they didn't hear the sound at first and when their top technician came into work, he heard the sound but wasn't able to identify or correct it. Now I have a constant noise coming from my A/C. The worst part is that lied about it. They also damaged my leather interior in the process. I will never go back there.
