After a heavy rain my Jaguar started smelling damp inside the cabin. Judy helped get it inspected and they found the sunroof drain clogged with debris. Once it was cleared, the smell disappeared and the interior stayed dry.

My 2015 Jaguar XF started running rough with a strong fuel smell, and it turned out one of the injectors was leaking. The shop replaced the faulty injector, tested the fuel system, and the car now runs silky smooth again without that worrying odor.

My 2018 F-Pace began to hesitate under acceleration and would occasionally flash a drivetrain fault message. The team found a failing high-pressure fuel pump and a couple of brittle vacuum lines. They swapped the pump, replaced the hoses, and re-flashed the ECU. I could feel the difference right away the V6 now pulls smoothly without a hint of hesitation.

My Jaguar’s suspension had started to feel rough, like every bump in the road was magnified. I was nervous it would turn into a huge repair. The shop found worn control arm bushings and replaced them with precision. The difference is night and day the ride is back to being smooth and composed. I had to bring my Jaguar in because of an oil leak and warning lights that kept bothering me. Started hearing a strange fluttering sound near the driver-side mirror thought it was wind noise. Turned out to be a loose blind spot sensor housing inside the mirror unit. They disassembled the mirror, secured the sensor mount, and updated the sensor firmware while at it. Now it’s quiet again, and the blind spot alerts are faster too didn’t expect tech fixes to feel this satisfying!

Took my 2021 Jaguar XE to Desi Auto Care after hearing a knocking sound from the front end over bumps. They found the front sway bar bushings were worn and got them replaced the same day. The car feels solid smooth Jaguar feel. Really impressed with their attention to detail!

At the front desk I scheduled an appointment for an engine leak and brake inspection. Their crew made the diagnosis and sent me an estimate for each repair before beginning work. Great service and experience at a fair price. I scheduled an appointment, ran 30 mins late, but they were still able to get me in and out within the 2 hours for replacement of fog lamps, tail lamp and alternator. I highly recommend them.

I took my Jaguar here with an issue of squeaky brakes. Eddie could have told me I needed a complete brake replacement job and I would have defiantly paid him, instead he told me that there is still 45% left on all my brake pads and it’s not worth the money to replace the brakes now, but whatever he did, it resolved my squeaky sound. He changed my transmission fluid for the less price than dealership.

It's a busy repair shop, but they made it easy to get it towed late at night around 11pm ( a few minutes on the phone to get contact information and an explanation of what was the issue). Even the AAA tow truck driver had good things to say about Desi when he came to pick up my vehicle!

Technician understood why the AAA driver heard what he heard, and explained it in simple language for me to understand!. Give them a shot!

Brought in my Jaguar to resolve issue head gasket replacement. From the very first assessment it was determined that a new valve cover was needed as well as the oil filter gasket replacement and an engine cleaning also, and I agreed because this was my second opinion. They treat you like family and office staff is helpful.

I visited late, like 5:35pm-ish. I talked with Sam for a while. He understood my urgency of dashboard sign. Then he accepts a maintenance service for my vehicle. I appreciate much!

Service was good. They carefully checked everything. He offered some extra miles like tire pressure check, all fluid check, and washer fluid check. Over all, I was not able to find any questioning about his work. I totally recommend Desi Auto.

My car started misfiring on the way to home in the morning, and I knew I do not want to pay the repairs from the dealers. Left my car in with an appointment, and by the 5:30pm, they were completed. When I arrived to pick up, Sam showed me all of the parts and fluid that he replaced and they went over those items that could need action in some future. You can ask any question (as I did), and he will provide prompt specific answers.

I already feel an improvement from when I brought it in for repair (my JAG was very sluggish and delay to respond before). I would recommend Desi Auto Care to everyone who drives a Jaguar. You do not want to drop a Jaguar off at a jack of all trades. Rather, you need a specialist like Desi!

I took my car to Desi Auto Care after I bought it from my general manager for some repairs. He had been taking the car to Desi for long time so they came highly recommended. I was satisfied with service; the repairs were completed in a timely fashion; he cleaned the leaked oil and coolant off from the engine & I got the 2 year warranty. I would send any of my friends-family with European cars to them.

My friend Yusef has been going to this automotive shop for years so Desi came highly recommended. I just bought a car from a local guy. Chris completed my pre-inspection, he have a good eye and he noticed right away the color on the trunk was a different shine than the rest of the vehicle. Auto repair sucks and is a hassle but bringing my XE here was well worth it. Chris, the manager, pretty much did the job himself, talking to the adjuster and insurance, and made sure all the things I needed were covered. Chris did a fantastic job bringing my car back the way it was. Got this new cold air intake when I got my car back.

These folks are incredibly jag-insane. This shop is legit.

Bought my used Jaguar with 125k on it, with the help of Desi. I've had the car for over six years, now it has 190k miles on it. Still drives strong.

They also figured out why my Audi was showing check engine sign. Fixed the issue without costing me an arm and a leg. It's been seven months now and check engine sign has never come back on. I'm satisfied!

The technicians were awesome. I have a Jaguar S-Type with a horrifying “rat’s nest” of an engine component. They replaced my carb without problem. Clean waiting room, fair charges. Most importantly for me is 2 years warranty. Would totally use them repeatedly and recommend them to all who is looking for honesty and quality service.

Bryan helped me at the office, and I'm sorry that I didn't catch the other mechanic's name so I can mention him as well. I took my car in for an inspection and found a few surprises. He was patient with me, as I don't know much about autos. He took me to shop and physically showed me what repair I needed and was helpful in advice and preparing quotes. I liked that he didn't push me to blow a lots of money at once, he let me know which was the most important to repair first and which issues would be needed to get done later. He also propped up rear window that fell down until I can get the window motor replaced. Thanks!

Brakes on my car just failed almost gone and noise like a tank rumbling down on the street. I dropped it off at Desi Auto Care in a last ditch effort. Bryan offered me honest assessment and I agreed for brakes job. Also his mechanic also found a very new muffler. This welding saved me $100s. Now I feel my brakes are tight and the driving is very quiet.

Great Jaguar job! I took my car when it started overheating and they fixed for much less than I expected. Chris is knowledgeable about my model from the beginning and called the manufacturer to get more info. I was back on road next day and have since taken three out of state trips without any problems.

This car I bought from Craigslist in 2020 that now has over 180k on it. I made the huge mistake of taking it to one reputed shop for its oil change and general checkup. Long story short, it was a BAD experience. From the worst customer service, to the shady technical job.

So, after searching on internet, I found Desi Auto Care! I called these mechanics regarding an oil change including major repair issue and the manager Joshua was happy to answer all of my questions and even recommended a few tips. I also was observing my car being worked on. I will be bringing my car back for any repair and specially engine work in the future! I highly recommend this shop to all British car owners! Recently bought old Jaguar, 105k miles for a best bargain. Problem is it's out of warranty and no maintenance record. Error sign show up this week, with somewhat power lost. I was thinking to go to my regular mechanic, but I wanted a shop that specializes in Jaguars. Glad I did and found Desi Auto Care. The positive reviews here are legit. Josh found my Jaguar's exact problem and fixed it in 2 days. Car drives great now, power got restored, error sign is gone. Multipoint safety inspection was performed, fluid filled, and showed me my car's underbody to pinpoint what may needed in the future. Service is top notch.

Before I was going to repair shop and leaving with a lighter wallet!! Now I found Desi who saves me money.

We lost the dash gauges. Suddenly stopped operating. Mechanic removed the assembly out, and tested it. DEAD! Then he tried resoldering the black leads - very common failure point. It did not work. He advised us to buy a replacement salvaged from another XK8 off eBay so we did. After a week we took it to install it, and receive the call next day after installation completed. Working great and NO CHARGE. Sam just earned our loyalty, and we’ll be taking BMW & Jaguar to Desi in future. They also have a clients from Delaware-Pennsylvania, so the word must be out on this shop!

This is the only shop you should take your Jaguar/Land Rover if it's no longer covered under warranty. I have an old Jaguar 100K miles on it, and I plan on going another 100K in it since I have Desi Auto Care as my repair shop.

He was able to get the parts I needed to get back on road by 5:00PM. If you own a late model, you’ll understand what a miracle that is.

This is what auto repair business should be like! After a nightmare situation with pep boys, I brought my float here and finally they fix my coolant leak issue.

Chris was able to correctly diagnose the source of the leak (water pump) within an hour. He took the time to show me the broken part and explain how it works with respect to the rest of the coolant system. Friday my car was ready to pick up. It’s been 5 weeks since my repair, and I haven’t had any issue at all!

I love when I save money, and the service is reliable. With my mask on I waited there while they serviced my car, and I was surprised how professionally it was. Mechanic gave it a full inspection and listed what need to keep an eye on down the road. I can set up appointment and communicate on their website (I really like that feature - everything is in writing so no mistakes.) Make sure to check Desiautocare.com for coupons for great savings. (I got $100 off!) I recommend trying them out. They install original parts, and their mechanics specialize in Jaguar/Rover.

I found this shop through Google when my car started making crazy sounds. Jaguars are particular cars with specialized parts and idiosyncrasies, so I've always taken it to the dealership, but after my warranty expired a last months, I started looking for a Jag-shop that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg to keep my car running smoothly. Desi specializes in Jaguar vehicles, so they understand all of the eccentricities of these cars while charging honest prices. He listed the less urgent items on my invoice to be completed later so I wouldn't have to pay a huge sum of money all in one day.

I tried but couldn't find a Jaguar mechanic in area that would touch it. When I called Desi at the end of my rope, I was told, do not worry we can sure fix it. not only he fixed it way faster than expected, he have it running smooth and the price was more than reasonable. I cannot out into writing how grateful I am. If you need a Jaguar technician this is the only number to call.

I know nothing absolutely about cars and couldn't care less. That being said, when warning lights start having a fiesta on my dash board, I was clueless. That's where Desi Auto Care comes in. This shop has the great customer service( thanks to Kathelyn!).

When Chris tells you that your XYZ valve is leaking juice and your XYZ needs to be replaced, you can trust him that your XYZ valve is actually leaking juice and your XYZ actually needs to be replaced. Not to mention, the Jaguar service dept quoted me 3x more than Chris's estimate . Great shop!!

I've been taking my car to Desi Auto Care since the warranty expired and they are a godsend. So far they've fixed everything from the windshield seal to three different oil leaks to brakes replace. They provide a great value for the amount of service they give. Easy going and happy to answer any questions I may have about my repairs.

I was gifted this car (was stored in the garage for a long time) with only 46,000 miles and wanted a detailed evaluation by a specialist shop. Yes the oil change and checkup was all done he gave my baby a clean bill of health, stating that there is nothing wrong with my car. I can drive to my long distance trips now.

Our car has developed a major rattle over the last year, they replaced the real shocks and the bushings that attach the shocks to the car, my son-in-law who works on cars himself told me that the price we paid is a reasonable price. The shop is clean it has the special tools needed to work on Jaguars. Rattle went away totally

Shaun always take the time to explain what he thinks is issue and what he needs to do to get the car back on the road. I had an extended warranty but had him give me 2nd opinion. I even had him work on my car because his labor and parts was much cheaper than mu deductible. Now that my car is out of warranty it will strictly be a one mechanic cat at Desi Auto Care.....as long as Shaun doesn't move!

I've had my both cars with desi auto care few times, for major servicing and maintenance work. I appreciate that they work with Jaguar and refer back to the factory warrantee if at all possible. This is a professionally run business that is invested in Jaguar culture. The shop has a few pretty cool Jaguar's on their parking lot and clients that bring Porsche's, Range Rover and Mercedes of course BMWs. I bring my F-Type and XKR here for anything I need taken care of. They're genuine mechanics who give you a best price. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to give them my business.

He had a chance to rip me off, but didn't. I went in for a check engine light, and asked for quotes on brakes because when I was at the dealership 10 days ago, the dealership had said they were due for replacing. Being out of warranty, I did not buy them from Jaguar dealer. Engine light is on because I apparently took too long to notice the loose gas cap light earlier. Brakes? Fair quote, but Chris pointed out that if I actually look at the brakes they have 35% life left and are not due yet. Total bill: $0.

I was planning to buy a used Jag and wanted an inspection before I purchased it. Sam let me bring the car right in, and in 1.5 he's I was out the door with my detailed inspection report. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff works here. As a female I hate going to a mechanic because you never know what kind of lie they will try to come up with. This inspection report helped me knock an extra $2000 off the price of the car when I bought it. Car is getting fix/service here next Thursday.

I came to meet Mr. Shawn with my girlfriend's car and got Air Suspension Compressor work done for so much LESS than the big box dealership. It made me happy also to be treated with care and courtesy. I instantly liked this shop! Drew found my gas leak in 10 minutes and repaired it within 1.5 hrs. (Of course with an appointment!!) He is not into sugar coating things, just really honest guys. This shop is not fancy, but they'll get the service done right in a timely fashion.

Issues with a misfire and check engine was flashing on my Jaguar XK. I made an appointment, took my car in, they are very friendly, their waiting room is clean and full with free snacks, sodas, coffee makes you feel like you at home. They performed a safety inspection and diagnosed my misfire their estimate was very reasonable.

My Jaguar XJL broke down on the Route 42 so after reading the reviews online, I had my car towed to Desi Auto Care. It was inspected and fixed all in the same day: Wednesday within 5:30 hrs. Two belts needed to be replaced. My brakes were shot as well so I had those replaced. But Sean, a mechanic I had never met, was much more reliable. He will definitely be my go-to choice in the future!

We brought our Jaguar in to Cherry Hill dealer with a check engine light on. They charged us $195 to diagnose the problem but didn't touch the car until 9 days. We ended up taking the car to the Desi Auto who figured it out and repaired with low cost. Also pointed out that one of the hoses for air filter system had the tabs broken off so it wasn't working properly. These guys fixed the door lock/unlock issue. And the work guaranteed for 2 years!

Took my Jaguar in to Desi Auto Care for an oil change and asked the guys to give it a look over while they were at it. Often worrying that car mechanics will take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but Shawn was very honest and did not push any repairs upon me. He made sure my car safe before driving it back home (in Delaware) and let me know of some other things that could be fixed in the future. To top it all off, they had a really large variety of free refreshments in the waiting area.

My older Jag had a starting problem. Turns out it needed a new starter. If anyone is familiar with changing a starter motor on this car, you will know it is sort of a pain to get to since the starter is located in difficult place.

But, the folks at Desi Auto Care were prompt and charged a very reasonable fee. I had my car towed to their shop, they replaced the starter, and the car was ready the next day. (Price quotes from other auto shops were higher, and they did not specialize in Euro cars either.)

Note -Desi seems to be very busy. You will have to make an appointment.

Good owner poor mechanic. Took car in for transmission work, owner Shaun had a good idea and transmission improved. However, when I went to get car, a mechanic wearing a Mavis Discount Tire mechanic shirt (that worried me) said he believed my hood ornament was "too loose" (it wasn't) instead of fixing cable and spring properly (I've done job before) He glued it on and taped in place until glue set, also he said my bonnet release latch was too tight and he "adjusted " it. Bonnet was closed a bit uneven so when i went home I opened bonnet to reclose bonnet completely it would not latch. Took it back and had to convince Shaun that his guy screwed up my car. Shaun ordered a cable, I went back to get it installed, same mechanic did work. Showed me attitude when he gave me back keys. Bonnet still not flush, mechanic displayed even more attitude and grumbling as he adjusted one side of latch, said "see you hood is still off on the other side" and walked away. Fortunately I can fix but will not be back, especially the distance it was for me.

What caught my eye for Desi Auto Care? Shop's parking lot is over-filled with European cars! Wow! I bought a pre-owned Jaguar from the dealer with a 60 days warranty. I heard a "clunk" sound when I slowed down. Dealer said "it's very normal." Intuition said how can it be? I called Sean and he said bring it in. We test drove the car together. He put it on the lift and showed me loose front differential. He sent dealer his findings. Jaguar dealer will do the repair but Sean now has me as a "LIFE TIME" customer. Why? He took the time and explained and showed everything to me. His diagnostic charge was very cheaper than dealer. He takes a lot of pride in the Jaguar repair shop he built and customers are his only priority. Very impressed! More power to Sean!

I inherited a Jaguar after losing my BMW on the accident. The idea of no car payments was exciting, and I decided to keep the car instead of a trade in.

I was not sure who I can trust estimate on the bad condition of my car. I brought it to Cherry Hill Jaguar dealership. They gave an inspection. As expected, searching and found Desi Auto Care; Shawn kept my car for a week and saved my bank balance.

The 2nd time, the car was having some fault problems with the rear passenger door and the bad starter. He repaired these beautifully and in such a timely manner

I was concerned because my oil light had repeatedly come on within the past few weeks, coolant signal was blinking me, and my brakes were squeaking at every stop. I decided to bring my Jaguar in and all had been checked out and serviced as needed by 5 pm. Thank you guys for your timeliness, great customer service, and for not taking advantage of a girl who knows nothing about car! You’ve got a repeat customer here.

I just scheduled another service with Desi Auto Care regarding replacement of worn shocks. Their pricing is more than just fair. These guys make dealership pricing seem unethical and outlandish.

I researched for three weeks for an independent repair shop as an alternative to the dealership. I found Desi Auto Care and finally took my car in. After sudden check engine light came on I took my JAG to the dealer. They were going to charge me $430 just to let me know what wrong. I declined and took the car to my local guy Andrew. Hr diagnosed it and gave me a print out with 3 error codes. He suggested that I take it back to the dealer because even though my car was out of warranty he was sure that since they were NOx emissions codes they would be covered. He was right. He could have easily charged me for the job but he was honest and gave smart advice. He has won my business in the past and will be in the future too.

Sometimes when my car hit a bump its stop running. Then I shake the fuse box under the hood a little and I also wiggle the relays in fuse box the car runs again. I was scared to think expensive repair job.

Ryan can figure out what the trouble is and he doesn't start with the most expansive solution. He explains to me, it's a loose and corroded connection on your fuse box. He fixes them all for tightness and made sure all connections are clean. Cost me nothing. Wow! They have the Jaguar diagnostic software and access to the same parts as dealers.

After the powerful nor'easter snow and rain caused too many potholes in local streets of Blackwood. My car got knocked by potholes and brake sensor became loose. Sam ask mechanic to hook it back up and would not take any money for it. Real friendly guys with A+ class act.

1st service of my car since purchased in Oct. first time in my life it was a good experience at mechanics shop! Shawn the master tech is so passionate about Jaguar and he loves talking about them. Forget the fact that my bill only came to $248 which was WAY LESS than I was ready to pay. He does have high-end Diagnostic system for Jags.

Thnx in advance. Very much recommended! My Jag's knock sensor wires (defective soy-based electrical wiring) was chew by a culprits rat/mice/squirrel? Jag dealership quote me $1760 plus tax to repair it. (remember-physically damage is not cover by warranty) but Mike smartly resolves this wiring mess. save me around $1100+

I know my Jaguar. I do my own brakes, suspension, and minor maintenance. I even have my own diagnostic cable and Jaguar software, but if it involves the engine etc. These guys are taking care of it. day later got my car back and it runs better than the day I bought it I am the 2nd owner. Andrew even noticed that I had just had an oil change and reset the oil service light for me. I can do this my self but it is the gesture that matters.

Shawn and his gang are great at their Jag-craft. You can talk to them about any aspect of your car. They show the replaced parts and freely give their time to explain the progression of a failure. I appreciate their patience with my dumb questions.

They know the Jag's inside and out and their diagnostic skills are great. Jaguar owners are fortunate to have such great assets available right on the White Horse Pike.

These guys were great. My Jaguar overheated while I was on my way to a dinner in town at 6pm. they gave me a ride to the restaurant in Haddonfield and my car was ready by 11:30 next morning. Great guys and fare prices. My best wishes to you guys!

Driver side window decided to collapse, (thank god it wasn't raining) right after my warranty ran out. UGH! Of course that always happens to me. A quick call to the husband and he looked up on his iPhone. Desi Auto Care came up. I was there years ago with my Jaguar and said let's go! They got us in on time and had my window fixed by evening. My life is super busy and being without my car is a BIG inconvenience. Their service was A+ and I am very grateful! And the cost was lower than Repairpal estimate.

We'll be back (hopefully not soon, no offense Desi guys! You were great!)

Just had my JAG's complete exhaust system replaced by this shop. Kind of a warm jovial atmosphere here. Mechanic brought me under the car and showed me exactly which pieces of the exhaust were broken and needed to be replaced and what could be salvaged. Fair prices too.

Note - these guys are the first mechanics I'd feel comfortable sending my girlfriend to without fear of normal mechanic chick down talking.

My favorite Jaguar XJ6 needed repairs. Fortunately i found Desi Auto Care, who basically saved this wonderful "Young Timer" from the scrap yard.

The general manager Sean, perfectly understood my situation. He wasn't pushing to replace everything that had broken with new parts, (as the dealership was) so used parts were also installed. For illustration, the drain plug of the engine oil pan was leaking, the dealership advised me to replace the oil pan with a new one for $3675 + tax (dealer said it's a lots of work involve bla...bla...bla...) Desi done it with a used oil pan and re-thread the drain plug and cheaper labor, all my work total was $637 + tax

I have complete trust in their competence. The communication was good, Sean kept me updated about their progress. I was given a ride to the Lindenwold Train Station when I left my car there. When I collected it, I was given the findings of their inspection to know what other issues will likely come up later - this is something I couldn't get the dealership do for me.

Called desi auto care to find out potential leaking coolant hose on my S-Type R. I explained that I was a student, and needed to know whether repairs are feasible, or whether I should dump the car. He spent a good 25 minutes on the phone discussing all the potential issues and remedies. I was able to drop off my car after hours in lot.

He spent several hours taking everything apart, pressure testing the system, making sure it wasn't something catastrophic like a head gasket. It turned out to be the water pump that was gushing, and my radiator had a slow leak, he was upfront and honest, letting me know that it was manageable, wouldn't leave me stranded, and could be let alone for some time if I wanted.

But I decided to get it done both repairs. I got 2 years warranty on parts and labor for a water pump and radiator. He buttoned everything up perfectly; he made sure no hoses were rubbing (something dealership mechanics don't check).

Sean is a top notch mechanic who knows these Jags very well.

I took my 97 xk8 coupe into desi auto care. It had several warning messages happening transmission, traction control and also dead battery and a few other bits needing attention.

Shawn identified what was wrong in all departments, resolved how to rectify them (some of which were very unusual) and provided me with a priority list of what needed to be done, complete with very reasonable pricing. The ABS needed attention also and so he had the defective ABS ECU rebuilt rather than sell me a very expensive new one.

I decided to do everything on the list as it was obvious there is a wealth of expertise there.

We are sitting in Desi Auto Care at almost 6 pm on Saturday after a breakdown on New Jersey Turnpike Exit 4. We were headed Washington DC when we broke down.

After getting towed to Desi Auto Care, Andrew told us it was the alternator and he searched far and wide to find one for us. Their shop closes at 5 pm, and he's staying very late to fix our car so we can get to our family's house.

Everyone here has been so incredibly nice I could cry. On top of all that, the owner asked if he could take us somewhere nearby to get dinner. It has been long time since I've been treated so kindly.

I don't know that i have the word to tell you how awesome this experience has been. If we ever break down again, I sure hope it's here.

The Jaguar Main Line PA dealer told me I needed front and rear pads and rotors, new wiring harness, and a brake light switch, totaling $5200 plus. I took my car to Desi Auto Care at Stratford NJ and saved $3700 !!! The car didn't need rear rotors and wiring harness, needed cleaning NOT replaced. In addition, Sean did my annual oil service at a reasonable price.

I was so happy with DESI's service that I took my wife's BMW for a brake and discovered that the brakes are fine. All services are delivered on time, as promised and under the estimate.

THIS JAGUAR SPECIALIST SHOP IS REAL DEAL! The best shop to take your car for service specially if you drive JAGUAR!

I've been having trouble with my Jaguar where the transmission light comes on and off, and every time it does , my car has trouble accelerating as I step on the gas pedal. Shawn advised me to change the TPS sensors, which is what the smog test showed, and the reason why the heck engine light is on.

I went to dealership for this problem and they gave me BIG "to do list...." costing me amount equal to my my mortgage. Desi Auto Care charged me ridiculously low price, I was so happy, I took my family for movie night out!

After the fix, my JAG has been cruising like brand new. Highly recommend this expert shop. The whole staff seems happy to work here.

Tip: Lots of Free food-drinks for customers-Enjoy ! This is a busy shop, make sure you get an appointment.
