    My daughter actually recommended Oxford Automotive Powell when the engine light came on in my car. I'm so glad I followed her advise. The staff are very professional, informative, friendly and the service was great. It took a week for the ordered parts to come in to complete the work so they graciously provided transportation for me to and from the shop. I highly recommend their service. Thank you!

    Jeff and the team over at Oxford Automotive are awesome. The communication between phone calls emails and text messages is top notch. Services fast and efficient, and done with the utmost quality that is lacking today within the automotive repair world. As the costs for everything have astronomically increased, Oxford level of service makes you feel like you are getting your money's worth. I highly recommend this business.

    This was the first time using oxford automotive and I can’t rave enough about them! They were straight forward about the cost, wait time, and issues with my car. I am not a car person and they took the time to explain each issue, show me pictures and answer all of my questions. They also were very accommodating when discussing thinks like tires and direct competitors! The waiting lobby had snack, was cozy, and made waiting enjoyable. We can’t wait to continue using them!

    I was satisfied with the work performed on my 12 year old car. I need to maintain it to keep it running, & I have every confidence that the technicians at Oxford & the diagnostic testing tools they use are working hard to do that for me. I was provided a ride back to my home after drop off & would also have been picked up at home to return to pick My car up if needed which was greatly appreciated, especially not having to ask someone to do that. Will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Oxford.

    My spouse and I have been taking our cars to Oxford for years now. I'm always impressed by the high quality of service we receive and how well they keep us updated. The most recent experience involved us needing a rental car which they offer and they even dropped it off at my workplace. If they find something wrong with the car, they email over a full report including pictures and the severity level of the issue. I appreciate the transparency this provides and how it allows me to make decisions without feeling pressured. Overall, I highly recommend Oxford Automotive if you want a stress-free and honest experience!
