I own two foreign cars a Jaguar and Range Rover and I'm always concerned about bringing my cars in for service and repairs. Most repair shops have issues working on these types of vehicles and it ends up costing more than it should. Bobby Judge and the team at International Motor group put my concerns at ease. They quickly diagnosed my issues and resolved them in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend them for your next service or repair.

The convertible top on my 2007 Audi A4 ceased working. Brought it to the dealer for repair. $2200 later the top worked but only manually. They said I needed a new pump and motor. Quoted @ $3300.00. Went on line, bought a warranted used part for $200. Carl & Bobby Judge were great, part installed for way less than the dealer quote. My top now operates as it should. Great service, professional and friendly from the first phone call to the time I picked up my car. Will be returning to IMG for all my service and repairs from now on. If you were smart, you would too.

First time customer. I came for a second opinion of a check engine light issue after going to the dealership. I had a very pleasant and positive experience at IMG. Very thorough diagnostics/inspection as they found some other (minor) issues that were not discovered by the dealership's inspection just last week but good to know to keep an eye out for. I received a quick appointment with a very clean loaner car (I was told in the past that I'd have to wait "months" for a loaner car at the dealership). I definitely plan on bringing my car to IMG in the future.

I was trying to get a garage to install mud flaps on the spot. I searched and stopped at 7 places and they either did not offer that service or they had no time and I would need to make an appointment a week out. It's a new car and I was excited to get it done without waiting. I was giving up for the day though since I had to get an appointment in East Greenwich. A few blocks from my appointment I passed this place and saw they do service and specialize in foreign motors. I decided to hit the brakes and whip in. I went in and I was greeted by a few smiling gentleman unlike the other garages. I asked if they had time for the install and I was amazed when they said yes. They said give us an hour. I walked to my appointment and after had a drink at a nearby restaurant. When I finished I started walking back. A block away I received a text my vehicle was ready. The invoice was less than a dealer charges and they asked if I would come back for service needs. I will be back, I replied. Great place with fast, friendly service and reasonable prices.

After a catastrophic serpentine belt failure on Thursday, our Jaguar was towed to IMG. They replaced the belt and a tensioner by Friday afternoon. We picked up our XK8 and were able to attend the British Motor Cars of New England show on Saturday. Thank you IMG! Great job!

Neither of two speedometer transponders tried fit the car, though they were supposed to. Carl had the creative idea to piece together the fitting already there with a new electronic section. The Jaguar part supplier in California said in 30 years he's never heard of that being done. That says it all. In addition, everyone was responsive and courteous. It was a uniquely pleasurable and successful car repair experience.
