    Autoscope White Rock- Dallas kept my Jag for almost 2 months ( November 17th - January 9th) while placing blame on the warranty company. Had it for almost a week before I had to go up there and get them to even start the claim. Charged $2021.97 for parts and another insane $2532.01 for labor all for my car to still be making the same noise as when I brought it in and 3 of the issues to have never even been addressed. I paid over 900 bucks out of pocket for labor and the only thing that was fixed properly was my window regulator that took three days longer than promised. After waiting for my car through 3 holidays, constant bad communication, and multiple trips up there to make sure they were even working on my car, Raffi refused to waive the diagnostic fee that he failed to complete in the time frame discussed and that ultimately extended the claim time. Prices like $201 for a regular car wheel alignment, 128.77 for a hose clamp (parts $34.83/ labor a ridiculous $93.94) , and $245 for the diagnostic that didn't address any of my concerns for a grand total of $4,684.57. Raffi and Moe repeatedly pointed every finger at the warranty company and would not admit any fault for any of the countless no call-backs, trips up to the shop to get them to call the warranty company, no upfront pricing, lack of concerns being addressed, and length of the ordeal. Even after saying that he would be furious too Raffi refused to lower his labor price. Totally money driven and unprofessional from Moe answering the phone to Raffi so called fixing cars.
