I've taken Jaguars to Top Line Jag repair for several years. I am always treated with respect. TopLine's work is thorough and prompt. They diagnose problems, find replacement parts and complete repairs quickly. My older Jaguar is a happy car due to the magicians at Top Line.
My 2001 XJ8L was idling a little roughly, so I took it to the folks at Top Line Jag Repair. They did a complete service on the fuel injection system for less than $500 and my "cat" is purring like a kitten again. There are many shops that you can take your classic Jaguar for service. But only Top Line will fix it right the first time. Eventually, your Jaguar is going to end up at Top Line. So, don't waste your time and money at another shop. Take it to Top Line Jaguar first.
Great experience with Top Line Jag repair. They repaired my cooling issue, inspected the car, found another issue that would have become a problem soon and repaired that as well. They did all this quickly and for a very fair price. I will continue to use Top Line Jag Repair for all my Jaguar needs.
I came in for 100,000 mile maintenance. They informed me that my engine was out of time as well. This was not all that surprising as I had noticed a tendency for the engine to oscillate in idle. They found the origin of the problem and keep me informed the whole way while working around my schedule due to international travel on my part. Great service and communication.

Top Line Jag is a superb service provider. Five Stars each and every time I brought it to them over many years. Recently purchased a 2017 Jaguar XJL Supercharged V8, although it is still under warranty I am bringing it to Top Gear for an oil change and inspection for adjustment/updating/repairs.
The reason I bought another Jaguar is because of Top Line. I looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, plus others, but the key to my decision was the superb salaried technicians providing quality repairs at a fair price.
Rather poor communication: calls not made as promised, info given very incomplete, does not inspire confidence. I'll be going somewhere else next time.

I've been using Top Line Jag Repair for about 8 years. They are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. I've had very fast turn-around and excellent, friendly service. My toughest job was an intermittent electrical problem. Top Line was booked for a week before they could see me, so I decided to have the dealer look at it. They wanted to replace the computer module, which I could not afford. I took it back to Top Line and they finally traced it down to a bad connector. Even though nobody sells just the connector, Top Line had a used one that they sold me for a very reasonable price. Now I wouldn't take my Jag anywhere else. Debbie and George are simply the best. I just wish they would work on my Volkswagen.
