Shineé brings a healthy 25 years of industry experience; from technician to running a high volume dealership service department, Shineé has done it all. Much of this experience is under the Jaguar-Land Rover banner and, as such, Shineé will prove to be a huge asset to Gertie’s primary clientele: Land Rover owners.

They listen to your concerns about your vehicle and take the time to explain what what is wrong and show it to you so you can see for yourself and they explain the best course of action to handle it. Whether its PM work or a significant mechanical issue. They use the most up to date technologies and equipment which is very important for some of the European and Japanese vehicles. No doubt, this is the best shop I have ever had do work on my vehicles. Service is top notch!

    Galloping Gertie's Garage is THE best! I took my Jaguar F-Pace in for routine maintenance and the first thing they did was a top to bottom inspection, then told me what was needed. They did not try to sell me things I didn't need. Joey in the office was good at explaining things I had questions about and noted Nick will always be my service technician. Having the same tech is a huge plus because then he'll know the vehicle best! I will DEFINITELY use GGG for all my Jag maintenance needs!

    Excellent advice and service! Galloping Gerties went over my recently purchased 2000 Jag with a finely tuned eye. The car had been stored for four years and was just returned to service. I was pleased with the extensive oil change, new front brakes and safety review. They also recommended future service that may be needed so that can be checked at the next maintenance. Both Damien and Joey were friendly, responsive and recommended practical advice. This will be the garage that will always service my car in Gig Harbor

    Damian and his team performed a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was very interested in. I had done much research prior and asked lots of questions and got tons of photos but his work confirmed this was not a fit for me. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend.

    Amazing customer service. They were very professional. I priced a few things out before bringing my car over to Gertie’s. Not only do I feel 100% confident with the work done to my vehicle at Galloping Gertie’s, I know the price was extremely fair. Five star rating for Galloping Gertie’s!

    I came to Gertie's after frustrating experiences with a dealership that should have known more about my XK. I was amazed at how familiar Damian's people were with the car and their rapid identification of a fix for a nagging problem. These are real car people who treat vehicles like special guests. Getting to Gig Harbor is a bit of a trek for me, but given the level of service I experienced during my visit, this is where my two Jaguars will be serviced in future.

    Nothing worse than having a convertible that won’t turn into one because the power top won’t go down (or up for that matter!) Or finding out that your suspension system has problems that just might go bad on you when you least expect them, like when you’re enjoying that winding road in the beautiful PNW! You can easily have those, and all your other issues taken care of by Damian Shaw and his outstanding mechanics at Galloping Gertie’s Garage in Gig Harbor. They will professionally examine your car and make recommendations on setting it right. They truly offer concierge service to you, ensuring everything is done right! Can’t say enough good things about them.

    Good shop. Honest and fair and smart enough to ask for outside help when he needs it. Beautiful new and fully equipped facility. Highly recommended.

    As the owner of an older Jag, it is extremely hard to find a knowledgeable mechanic willing to work on these vehicles. We were pleased to find Damian as his knowledge and expertise proved to get our Jag running again with ease. We highly recommend him...his workmanship and service is exceptional!
